ATTEMPT TO IDENTIFY
On January 19, 2017 between the hours of 1:00 am and 7:00 am, a 2014 Dark gray Chrysler 300 was stolen from the 38000 block of NW 35 Avenue, Okeechobee, Florida. The suspect shown in these pictures was in the stolen vehicle and seen leaving Wal-Mart as depicted in these pictures. The vehicle has been located.

ATTEMPT TO LOCATE

On January 15, 2017 at approximately 1:16 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the Flamingo Hotel, 4101 Highway 441 South, Okeechobee, Florida. Contact was made with the victim, who stated his trailer, loaded with a Polaris ATV, had been stolen from the parking lot. Surveillance shows the suspect truck in the parking lot approximately 5:50 a.m., leaving with the trailer and Polaris. The Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help in a recent homicide case. Deputies initially responded to the 1000 block of NE 60 Avenue, in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon arrival deputies found a Hispanic male lying on the ground who was pronounced deceased.

The victim has been identified as 54 year old Clemente Garcia. .

Detectives have received a great deal of investigative leads however anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Gonzalez at 863-763-3117, ext. 5106. You may remain anonymous and give information to Treasure Coast Crime Stoppers and be eligible for a cash reward if the tip leads to an arrest. January 22, 2015

The Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office is asking for the help of the
community. On Saturday, January 17, 2015, the Okeechobee County Sheriff's
Office received numerous calls in the southwest section of Okeechobee County in reference to criminal mischief. The suspects used spray paint on vehicles and other personal property. The total estimated damages to date are over $1,000.00.
